Clear terms regarding payments and cancellations | Last Updated: April 2026
Since Codezire offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital services (Software Development), we do not issue refunds once the project has commenced and resources have been allocated.
The initial advance payment (30-50%) is strictly non-refundable as it covers the cost of project planning, server setup, and initial design work.
Payments made upon the completion of specific project milestones (e.g., UI Design, Backend Setup) are final and non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided if the client decides to cancel the project due to a "change of mind" or internal business shifts after the work has started.
Any costs incurred for 3rd party services (Domain, Hosting, Premium Plugins, API licenses) are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Delays caused by technical complexities or late feedback from the client do not qualify for a refund or discount on the total project value.
We do not offer refunds based on the "performance" of a website or ad campaign (e.g., number of leads or sales), as these depend on external market factors.
If we terminate a project due to client's non-cooperation or breach of terms, no refund will be issued for the work already completed.
A refund cannot be claimed based on the presence of bugs. We commit to fixing all documented bugs within the agreed support period free of charge.
Projects abandoned by the client for more than 21 days without notice are considered void. Any funds paid will be treated as a cancellation fee.
In extreme cases where a partial refund is agreed upon, it will only cover the "unearned" portion of the project, excluding labor hours already spent.
No refunds are provided for service interruptions caused by the client's choice of server, hosting provider, or 3rd party platform updates.
Ad spend paid directly to Meta or Google is non-refundable by Codezire. Only our management fee is subject to our agency terms.
Monthly maintenance or marketing retainer fees are non-refundable once the month has started.
Once the final source code or credentials have been handed over to the client, no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.
Attempting a payment chargeback without first contacting us for resolution will result in immediate termination of all licenses and legal action.
Codezire reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. The policy active at the time of the invoice will apply.
If a client refuses to approve multiple design iterations that match the original brief, we reserve the right to cancel the project without a refund.
Any refund processed (if applicable) will be net of payment gateway charges, currency conversion fees, and applicable taxes.
All refund disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in **Harda, Madhya Pradesh, India**.
