Strict Guidelines for Project Execution | Last Updated: April 2026
Work will be performed strictly as per the features listed in the initial quotation. Any "verbal" or "implied" features not written in the document will be considered out of scope.
Any request for a new feature or logic change after the development has started will be billed separately as a "Change Request" (CR) at our current hourly rates.
Timelines are "estimates," not "deadlines." We are not liable for delays caused by technical complexities, 3rd party API issues, or client-side feedback delays.
If the project is delayed because the client failed to provide credentials (Hosting, API keys, Content), the project will be paused, and a "Restart Fee" may apply.
Codezire reserves the right to choose the most suitable technology stack and architecture. Client interference in core code logic without technical expertise is not permitted.
We provide a maximum of 2 rounds of minor UI revisions. Major layout changes after the design is finalized will incur additional costs.
We guarantee bug-free delivery at launch. Any bugs reported after 15 days of project handover or caused by client-side modifications will be charged.
We are not responsible for failures, price hikes, or data breaches in 3rd party tools like GSAP, Tailwind, Google Maps API, or Meta Ads Manager.
Final source code, database files, and admin credentials will ONLY be shared after the 100% final payment is received and cleared in our bank.
Abusive behavior or 24/7 pestering for updates will lead to immediate project termination with no refund of the advance payment.
The project will be developed on Codezire’s staging server. We will not develop directly on the client's live server until the final payment is made.
Once the site is live and handed over, the client is responsible for security patches, password management, and malware protection.
Unless explicitly stated, we only provide the system. Bulk data entry or product uploads are the client's responsibility.
The client must provide a server that meets our technical requirements (e.g., PHP version, MySQL permissions). We don't support outdated shared hosting.
We may use our own libraries or pre-built code blocks. The client has a license to use them but does not own the right to resell our core proprietary snippets.
A separate AMC contract is required for regular backups, plugin updates, and performance monitoring after the first 30 days.
If a client remains unresponsive for more than 14 days, the project will be marked "Closed" and any advance paid will be forfeited.
Websites are built for modern browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari). We do not provide support for Internet Explorer or outdated mobile OS.
A small "Developed by Codezire" credit may be placed in the footer. Removing this without permission may incur a "White-label" fee.
The client agrees to indemnify Codezire against any legal action arising from the content, business model, or usage of the developed software.
Our development policy is designed to ensure a fair working environment for both parties.
